
MSJC-Alert communications platform utilizes a software package that allows for message delivery via cellular device, voice and email accounts. The contact information you register with MSJC-Alert will not be published, sold, or used for any other purpose. MSJC-Alert messages will be used for emergency situations, e.g. severe weather, fires, power disruptions, and for periodic testing.
The system will be utilized as Eagle-Info to send communications of interest to students via E-mail only. For Eagle-Info, no voice or text messaging will occur. Student email addresses resolving to @student.msjc.edu are automatically loaded into the system.
Logging into Eagle-Alert
- An account has already been created for you using the official email address you received from MSJC. To access this account, click on
'Forgot Your Password' link. Enter your @student.msjc.edu or @msjc.edu email address and a link will be emailed to you that will
allow you to reset your password.
Access the Email Preferences Page
- Once you have logged into the Regroup system, you can click on the Add your mobile number link to access the preferences page where you can add or update your contact information.
Add or Update Your Contact Information
- You can choose to be contacted via email, voicemail, SMS text messaging, or any combination of the three.
The SMS-text option will send a text message to your phone with any alerts.
** Be aware that standard text messaging rate do apply when using the SMS option. **
