MSJC Soccer Team Ties Victor Valley

The MSJC women's soccer team played Victor Valley College to a tie on Tuesday in Menifee 1-1 in a Foothill Conference match.leolavsvvc.jpg

The Lady Eagles took the lead in the 66th minute when Jamie Ayala scored the first goal of the game on an assist from Kriston Hilkey.  The Rams scored the tying goal in the 80th minute of the match.  Taylor Wolf had 8 saves in goal for the Lady Eagles.

With the tie MSJC is now 7-2-1 on the season and 1-2-1 in Foothill Conference play.  The Lady Eagles return to action on Friday when they host Fullerton College in a non conference match beginning at 1 pm in Menifee.  MSJC returns to conference action on Tuesday October 9th when they travel to San Bernardino Valley for a 4 pm match.

 

 

Leola Cooper attacks for the MSJC soccer team on Tuesday in Menifee.  The Lady Eagles and the Rams tied 1-1.  MSJC will be back in action at home on Friday at 1pm when they take on Fullerton College.
