Chauncey Hayes brings a wealth of experience in both college and high school coaching to his new position as head coach of the Lady Eagles.  Hayes has spent 10 years as a head high school coach where in 2010 he was named the Inland Valley Coach of they Year while coaching Moreno Valley High School.  Hayes also spent time as a goalie coach and defensive coach at both Cal State San Bernardino and San Bernardino Valley College.  Coach Hayes also has coached a number of club teams throughout California.

Hayes has assembled a coaching staff that includes Angel Perez and Lisa Montgomery. Perez has an extensive background in high school coaching as well as working as an assistant coach for the men's team at Rio Hondo College last season.  Perez is also the director of Legacy Soccer Camps, which are youth soccer camps run throughout the Inland Empire.  Montgomery was a four year starter at Cal State San Bernardino and spent last season as assistant coach at J.W. North High School in Riverside.

Hayes and his staff are already working with returning players from last year's Lady Eagles team and are hard at work on the recruiting trail.  Anyone interested in women's soccer at MSJC can contact Coach Hayes at chayes@msjc.edu or call the soccer office at 951-639-5591.
