The MSJC women's soccer team lost their season opener on Tuesday at Mira Costa 4-2.

The Lady Eagles fell behind early trailing 4-1 at halftime, but shut out Mira Costa in the second half.  Karisa Kiser scored in the first half for MSJC and Ashley Ales added a second half goal.  Erica Marquess had 8 saves for the Lady Eagles who drop to 0-1-0 on the season.

The Lady Eagles will be back in action Thursday when they travel to Mira Mar.  Kick off is set for 3 pm.  MSJC's home opener for the season is Friday September 16th when they host Pasadena City College on the Menifee Campus at 4 pm.
