Resource Allocation Process

RAPS are:

  • Request for augmentation to existing budget to address recommendations or improvement related to Program Review or outcomes and assessment
  • Used for new position requests (non-FT faculty)

 

RAPS are not:    

  • Augmentation for prior budget reductions backfill
  • Used for items previously paid out of your budget
  • For inflationary costs for existing expenditures or contracts
  • Used for safety and/or compliance mandates
  • Full Time Faculty Members
