Shared Governance Documents and Forms
This survey provides a valuable opportunity in assisting us improve Shared Governance processes at MSJC while serving as vital evidence for Accreditation purposes. All committee members should complete ONE survey for EACH committee they serve on. All answers will be completely anonymous and all survey results will be shared at the All-Committee College Council meeting on May 5, 2014, on the District website, and with each committee chair. Surveys are due by April 18, 2014.
