At the end of the RN program at MSJC, I had all the skills necessary to get a job and I was hired at Hemet Hospital even before I graduated.  The ADN degree I earned at MSJC was a stepping stone for the BSN and MSN degrees I earned later.  This was the foundation for my career of 22 years as an Emergency Department nurse.
