Danielle Carter-Tripp and her four children attend MSJC. Her son, Daniel, serves as the Student Government Association President. Her youngest child, Arielle, attends Temescal Canyon High School, but is also dual enrolled at MSJC.
“I came to Mt. San Jacinto College right after graduating from high school because it was so convenient for me. The campus is minutes away from my home and the prices of the classes made me ask: Can I afford NOT to go to college? While at MSJC, I’ve had the pleasure of becoming involved in several organizations, such as the Student Government Association and Phi Theta Kappa. The challenging classes I’ve taken have helped to prepare me for the rigorous courses I will take when I transfer. My goal is to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and then head to medical school.” —Daniel Tripp, SGA president
