Welcome to the Facilities Planning/Management Department

The Facilities Planning & Management Departments role is to oversee the colleges improvements to ensure compliance with the Campus Master Plan.  We also manage advance planning for programming of Capital Projects and assist in space management.

We assist in the preparation of budgets for short and long term planning of Capital Projects. 

Other responsiblities include compliance to and updating the Campus Design Guidelines, providing guidance concerning circulation, landscaping, signage and all other site planning related issues.  Working with the Chancellor's Office and other Divisions of the college.  A coordinated effort is achieved resulting in a uniform design of the campus.
