MSJC's first Athletic Hall of Fame celebration sold out

The Country Club at Soboba Springs was packed with guests who attended the Oct. 30 inaugural Mt. San Jacinto College Athletic Hall of Fame.

The sold-out event featured the induction of legendary MSJC coaches John Chambers and Bob Stangel and two-time Super Bowl Champion Alvin Walton (a former MSJC football player). All three members of the first hall’s first class arrived on the San Jacinto Campus to enjoy the Homecoming tailgate party, cheer on the Eagles as they beat Compton and receive recognition for their accomplishments at MSJC.

The Hall of Fame is located in the entry to San Jacinto Campus gymnasium.
