Welcome to the Mt San Jacinto College Information Technology Helpdesk. The Information Technology Helpdesk provides staff, faculty, and administrator support for district administrative technologies including district email, telephony services, network infrastructure, system account creation, printer management, and enterprise application support.
Support requests are documented through a work order management system. If you are in need of technical support, a work order can be initiated through email or phone. To open a work order via email, please send an email to helpdesk@msjc.edu and include the following contents:
- Name
- Student, Faculty, or Staff ID
- Email Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Description of the Issue
Additionally, work orders can be initiated via a phone call to the MSJC Information Technology Helpdesk.
