The MVC Math Center co-sponsors the newly chartered MSJC -- MVC chapter of Mu Alpha Theta, a national high school and two-year college mathematics honor society. 

 

Student eligibility:  MSJC students who have (1) completed at least one semester at MSJC, (2) completed at least one mathematics course at or above the College Algebra (Math 105)/Precalculus (Math 110) level, and (3) at least a 3.0 GPA in all two-year college mathematics courses at or above teh College Algebra/Precalculus level.

 

Student Participation:  Student members must participate in a majority of the chapter activities, including but not limited to meeting and special events.
