Significant collaboration occurred between faculty, classified staff, administration, and students during the past year to develop these first drafts, which are currently being reviewed and revised by the Accreditation Liaison Officer (Rebecca Teague).
The first full rough draft of the MSJC Accreditation Comprehensive Self Study Report will be available for feedback and comments the first week of March. Feedback and comments will be sought from all college constituents for inclusion in the second draft of the Self Study Report. Two faculty editors, Dr. Alma Ramirez and Caren Hennessey, have been selected to finalize the Self Study Report later this spring.
Standard Committee teams are continuing to gather evidence and materials for inclusion in the Self Study. In addition, the teams are working to develop Action Plans to account for any areas identified with the Self Study Report drafts that warrant improvements and/or changes.
The original timeline for completion of the Self Study Report has been pushed back to later in the summer 2011 to allow for additional drafts and comment periods.
If you have any questions regarding the Self Study Report timeline, teams, drafts, etc., please contact Rebecca Teague, Accreditation Liaison Officer, at
