Congress Passes Tax Relief Bill 2% With Employee Social Security Tax Reduction

Effective January 1, 2011, the employee portion of social security tax withheld will be reduced from 6.2% to 4.2%. This will be in place for one year through the end of 2011.
All payroll tax tables for MSJC have been updated to reflect the change on all paychecks issued after January 1, 2011.
