Board of Trustees Redistricting Map
The Mt. San Jacinto College Board of Trustees heard updates about the redistricting process during its regular meeting on Dec. 8, 2011. It will be open for public comment for 30 days.

Budget News

Budget Update from Dr. Schultz
On Dec. 14, 2011, California Governor Jerry Brown announced his mid-year budget cut scenario for the current year and higher education will be taking another big hit. The state’s community colleges will take a $102 million mid-year cut, effective January.

MSJC associate faculty member earns scholarship
Michelle Pacansky-Brock is awarded a full-tuition scholarship from Capella.  Congratulations to Michelle! She will pursue a doctorate in Education Leadership and Management (press release reports incorrect degree).

Happy Holidays!
The college will be closed starting at noon on Friday, December 23, through Monday, January 2.  The 4-9-4 work schedule will revert back to 8 hour days Tuesday through Friday, January 3-6.
