New building at San Jacinto Campus

Crews positioned a new modular building on the San Jacinto Campus for students studying science, technology, engineering and math.

The building, installed on Aug. 11 on the south side of the campus, was paid for out of a $1.9 million grant Mt. San Jacinto College received from the U.S. Department of Education for the S.T.E.M. (science, technology, engineering and math) program. The program will help Hispanic students interested in studying those fields.
