San Jacinto Valley Shakespeare Festival on Tour

For the first time in it's seven year history, Mt. San Jacinto College's San Jacinto Valley Shakespeare Festival will be touring a production of "Taming Of The Shrew" throughout Riverside County in partnership with the City of Riverside Parks, Recreation and Community Service's office and the Riverside Arts Council. Under the direction of Paul Jacques, the show will perform at five outdoor amphitheatres before finishing it's run at the Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre in Hemet on September 14, 15 and 21, 22.

The tour begins this Saturday August 11 at 5:30pm in Banning at the Playhouse Bowl at 201 W. George Street. On Sunday the show will perform at Sycamore Highlands Park in Riverside at 5777 Fair Isle Drive at Lochmoor Drive. Additional performances are scheduled at Dos Lagos Amphitheatre in Corona on August 17, California Citrus State Historic Park Amphitheatre in Riverside on August 18 and Fairmont Regional Park on August 19. All performances begin at 5:30pm and are free except for the performances at the Ramona Bowl Amphitheatre.
