Students seeking for-credit courses and those wanting to learn more about a hobby or other interests can choose from dozens of new courses available this summer at Mt. San Jacinto College’s Temecula Education Complex.
Students may register for one or more of 26 for-credit courses in the six-week session that begins June 23.
In addition to the regular course offerings, the MSJC Community Education Department also offers about 20 classes at the complex, including Business/Career and Arts/Leisure.
Registration can be done online at www.msjc.edu or by walking into the complex at 27447 Enterprise Circle West near Winchester Road. Students are urged to register early for the best selection.
College application and registration is easy. Officials at the Temecula Education Complex can help students apply, register, receive academic counseling or find out about financial aid.
The complex now offers an extensive tutoring schedule in a variety of subject areas, including Supplemental Instruction in college Algebra These services are offered to currently enrolled MSJC students from any campus site.
Opening with just eight classes in the 2008 spring term, the 28,000-square-foot complex is expecting more than 500 students to attend in the expanded list of classes this summer. In the fall term, the complex will offer 74 class sections. The college also will offer 28 classes off-site in the Temecula area.
Residents of the southwest Riverside County area will soon receive a schedule in the mail listing classes specific to the area.
