Job seekers will be able to quickly and easily apply to positions via our college website with the launch of NEOGOV!
Mt. San Jacinto Community College District will be launching a new software system in August 2014 to improve the hiring process for job seekers. Applicants will be able to apply online and monitor their applications from any computer with an internet connection. NEOGOV is a secure system that will allow applicants to fill out one application that can be modified according to each specific job they apply for, by not having to re-enter personal information such as work experience, contact information, and references by going to www.msjc.edu
MSJC has partnered with NEOGOV, the nation’s largest cloud software for HR in government and education. Using this technology, HR and department managers can access online records to expedite hiring and provide greater accountability when selecting new employees. Other features include position requisition approval, minimum qualification screening, test statistics and analysis, and EEO reporting.
The NEOGOV system is actually two systems in one: Insight Enterprise for HR processes and the Online Hiring Center for department processes.
The new system will expand opportunities for people to apply for jobs and increase the number of qualified applicants while saving staff time.
