This is a detailed report of campus safety issues that have been reported to Human Resources.  If you would like to report a safety issue complete the appropriate form located under the safety forms link, follow the instructions and forward to Human Resources.  If you have an issue that you feel requires immediate attention, please contact Irma Ramos at (951) 487-3158 or Facilities at (951) 487-3105.
