The following procedures apply to the
San Jacinto and Menifee Valley campuses only.
Please note: Counselor availability is limited during peak registration.
Counseling appointments are currently booked out two weeks.
Walk-in counseling is ONLY available Wednesday’s.
Counseling Appointments - Counseling Appointments are scheduled two weeks in advance. Please contact the Counseling Department to schedule an appointment or you may walk in to speak with a counselor on Wednesday.
*Please arrive promptly to your appointment at the Counseling Office, be aware if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment it will be cancelled.
Walk-in Counseling - Walk-in Counseling is available for quick questions on Wednesdays. Students are served on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-in Counseling is limited to 15 minutes for general information. Students who need a comprehensive educational plan or have transcripts from other colleges or universities should schedule a 30 minute appointment with a Counselor.
Walk-in Counseling is only availble on Wednesdays at the following campuses: San Jacinto, Menifee Valley and Temecula Education Complex
*Due to the high volume of students requiring walk-in Counseling Services, we may stop taking students 2-3 hrs before closing time, please refer to office hours below. Times are subject to change.
