Q: I had a link sent to me to set my password, but it expired. What should I do?
A: Request a new link sent to you by emailing Escarlet Wirth at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include in the email your name, email address and Company’s name.
Q: I requested an account, but it was not approved. Why not?
A: MSJC has employment advertising guidelines. To review the requirements for advertising positions, please click here. If your account was not approved, it did not meet the advertising guidelines.
Q: Is there a fee I need to pay for using Eagle Career Connection?
A: No. There is no fee for advertising your openings on Eagle Career Connection.
Q: How long does it take to approve a job posting?
A: Job Postings will be approved or denied with 1 business day of submitting.
Q: My job posting expired, but I would like to repost. How do I do this?
A: Click on the Jobs Tab and then select add new. Click on the Show Archived button to see your archived positions. Select the one you would like to repost and then revise any information that needs to be updated. Hit submit and then the posting will be reviewed by MSJC Career Services staff within 1 business day.
