2.       Encrypt files using software that encrypts files with password protection.

• TrueCrypt (www.truecrypt.org) is a free product that lets you use a simple encrypted file to store your data with password protection.

• Windows XP and Vista have built in file encryption for files and folders.
  To Encrypt Data:
  1 – Right click on the file or folder you want to encrypt
  2 – Click the Advanced button
  3 – Check the Encrypt check box and click Ok.
