Teaching specialties are Geographic Information Systems, Cultural-Historic Geography, Physical Geography and Landscape Change.  Research interests include regional comparative studies of human and land interactions, customs and costumes, prehistoric and historic trade routes, material culture co-modification and changing landscapes.
