We are the local chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at the Mt. San Jacinto College. Phi Theta Kappa is an international honors society for students of academic excellence. Our Beta Delta Omega chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society has been in existence for over 18 years. Currently we are a five star chapter and we worked very hard for this achievement.
This student-driven organization promotes engagement in four honor society hallmarks: Service, Leadership, Scholarship, and Fellowship. Students that are motivated to take on leadership roles are elected to officer positions and develop skills in the honors society hallmarks by arranging academic and community service events throughout the year such as blood drives, film and lecture series, environmental awareness events, and holiday food and toy drives.
During weekly Phi Theta Kappa meetings student officers and faculty advisors engage in organizing upcoming events for the school year. Please take a look around and hopefully you will be able to join us at one of our future events.
On this website you can find out general information about our organization, especially in our Calendar.
