Eagles Fly by Imperial Valley in Road Game
The MSJC men's basketball team scored 61 points in the second half on Friday night on their way to an easy 108-60 victory at Imperial Valley in a non-conference contest.
The Eagles jumped out to an early lead and built it all the way to 47-26 by halftime. In the second half MSJC continued to build their lead and cruised home with the victory as they saw four players reach double figures and 11 different Eagles reach the scoring column. Roosevelt Adams led the offense with 20 points while Tre Nottingham was next with 18. Matt Bradshaw came off the bench to make four three pointers on his way to 16 points and Devin Fleming scored 14 in the victory. Kendall Brown passed out a team high 5 assists for the Eagles.
The win improved MSJC, currently ranked #7 in the state and #4 in Southern California to 15-4 on the year while IVC remained winless. The Eagles will be back in action on Wednesday when they travel to El Cajon to take on Cuyamaca College. Tip-off is set for 5 pm Wednesday.
Matt Bradshaw was one of four Eagles to reach double figures in scoring on Friday night as the MSJC men's basketball team beat Imperial Valley on the road 108-60. Bradshaw had 16 points, including four three point baskets.
