383 Gives MSJC Golfers 3rd Place in PCAC Match

The MSJC men's golf team shot 383 on Wednesday at Twin Oaks Golf Club to take third place in the fifth Pacific Coast Athletic Conference match of the season.lisciopcac5-16.jpg

The Eagles were led Wednesday by Erick Liscio who shot a team best 72.  Richard Schweitzer was next for MSJC with a 75 while Nicholas Medeiros was right behind him with a 76 and Nathan Brady shot 77.  Sam Thomson added an 83 for the Eagles and Kevin Vallejo rounded out MSJC's scoring with a 91.  The 383 placed MSJC third for the day behind a 368 from College of the Desert and a 373 from Palomar.  The Eagles finished ahead of El Camino (404), Cuyamaca (406), and Victor Valley (417).

MSJC is currently in third place through five conference events and will be back in action on Monday when they play at Skylinks Golf Club in Long Beach.
