Former MSJC Standout had 20 point Game for Cal Poly

Lorenzo Keeler a former MSJC men's basketball MVP scored 20 points for Cal Poly San Luis Obispo Thursday night.

Keeler scored 18 of his 20 in the second half on 6 of 10 shooting from the field, but it wasn't quite enough as his team lost the game to Rice 81-76. Cal Poly is spending the weekend in Provo, Utah as part of the Basketball Travelers Invitational at Brigham Young University.

Keeler is one of five former Eagles competing at the Division I level this season. The other four are; Tim Island (San Diego State), Dejuan Flowers (North Dakota State), Mike Wilson (Chicago State), and Dane Johnson (Hofstra).
