The Lady Eagles scored a run in the bottom of the first to take an early lead on a Maegan Rowley triple that scored Gabby Sanchez.  MSJC would add four more in the second when Alyssa Rayls hit a bases loaded triple followed by Sanchez driving a single to center to score Rayls making the score 5-0.  The Lady Eagles would push the lead to 7-0 in the third when Sanchez picked up her second RBI of the day, this time with a bases loaded walk and Nana Oloa had an RBI fielder's choice.  Rayls finished her big day by driving in Marissa Morales in the bottom of the fourth with an RBI single to left.  The Knights lone run of the day came on a solo homerun by Amanda Diaz in the top of the 5th.

Falcon went the distance in the circle for MSJC allowing just the one run on 4 hits while striking out 8 and walking none.  The Lady Eagles improved to 8-14 overall with the win and 2-7 in Pacific Coast Athletic Conference play while the Knights fell to 6-15 and 2-9.  MSJC will be back in action on Friday when they host Grossmont at 3 pm in Menifee.
