Lady Eagles Fall into First Place Tie

The MSJC women's basketball team couldn't get their offense going as they fell to Antelope Valley on Friday 60-49 at home. The loss drops the Lady Eagles into a three way tie for first place in the conference with San Bernardino Valley and AVC.

Danielle Smith led three MSJC players in double figures with 17 points while Autumn Spikes added 13 points and 11 rebounds and Kyna Lewis scored 11 and pulled down a game high 15 boards. The Lady Eagles struggled from the field shooting just 19 of 64 from the floor.
