MSJC Stays in First Place

The MSJC women's basketball team defeated Victor Valley Saturday 78-38 to remain tied with San Bernardino Valley College for first place in the Foothill Conference.

Jasmine Nyx (pictured) led three Lady Eagles in double figures with 14 points. Kami Speir added 12 and Kelly Johnson 10 for MSJC who improved to 17-8 overall and 9-1 in Foothill games. Point guard Michelle Simmons added 10 assists and 11 rebounds.
