MSJC Women's Golf Fourth at Third PCAC Match

The MSJC women's golf team shot 382 on Monday to finish in fourth place in their third Pacific Coast Athletic Conference match of the season.JordanLanoutteforPCAC3-17.jpg

The Lady Eagles were led by Jordan Lannoutte who shot a team best 90 in the match contested at Ironwood Country Club in Palm Desert.  Brianna Paquet was next for MSJC with a 92 while C.J. Zulueta turned in a 93.  Joy McCreary had a 107 to round out the scores used in team competition for the day.  Illiannah Laguna shot a 109 and Madison Tremblay had a 111 for the Lady Eagles.  Cuyamaca stayed in first place with a team best 341 on Monday while once again College of the Desert's Lichi Lui was the event's medalist as she shot 77.

The Lady Eagles are now 2-7 in the PCAC standings.  They will return to action on Sunday and Monday September 24th and 25th when they take part in the North-South Invitational at Morro Bay.  MSJC will return to conference action Wednesday September 27th at Rancho Bernardo.
