Women's Golf Team Shoots 379 at Soboba
The MSJC women's golf team recorded their best team score of the year on Wednesday when they shot a 379 at Soboba Country Club.
The Lady Eagles finished third in Pacific Coast Athletic Conference Match #5 behind Cuyamaca who shot 312 and College of the Desert who turned in a 348. Ashley Coy was the Lady Eagles top performer on Wednesday as she a team best 88 at MSJC's home course. Taylor Brown was next for MSJC with a 91 while Amber Thornburg carded a 98. Brianna Paquet shot 102 on the day while Illiannah Laguna had a 104 and Mary Money finished with a 107.
The Lady Eagles have been consistent through the first five conference matches this season finishing third each time, but Wednesday's team score at Soboba was their low for the year. MSJC will be back at it on Monday October 10th when they play in PCAC Match #6 at Morongo Country Club.
