Women's Golf Third at PCAC Neutral Match

The MSJC women's golf team shot a score of 401 on Wednesday in their second Pacific Coast Athletic Conference match of the season to finish the day in third place.BriannaPaquetforPCACmatch2-17.jpg

The Lady Eagles were led by Jordan Lanouette and Brianna Paquet who both turned in scores of 92 in the match played at Desert Willow Golf Resort in Palm Desert.  C.J. Zulueta shot a 99 for MSJC while Linnah Laguna carded a 108.  Miranda James shot 112 for the Lady Eagles and Madison Tremblay rounded out the afternoon with a 115.

Cuyamaca had the best team score of the day as they won the event with a 342, College of the Desert was next at 365.  The low individual round of the day was turned in by COD's Lichi Liu who shot 76.

The Lady Eagles who now have a record of 2-4 through two PCAC matches will return to Palm Desert on Monday September 18th to play in the third conference match of the year.  Monday's event will be hosted at Ironwood Country Club and is set to begin at 10 am.

MSJC's Brianna Paquet shot a 92 on Wednesday at the Lady Eagle golf team's second Pacific Coast Athletic Conference Match of the season held at Desert Willow Golf Resort in Palm Desert.  Paquet and Jordan Lanouette tied for team low honors as MSJC finished in 3rd place.  (DeeAnn Bradley/MSJC).
