The good news for the MSJC women's soccer team continues to pour in for their performance last season as sophomore Gabriella Chaname signed a National Letter of Intent to continue her chanamescholarship-soccer.jpg
career and freshman Ashley Ganley was named to the All Southern California Team.

Chaname, a sophomore mid-fielder from Valley View High School in Moreno Valley, has signed with Wayland Baptist University to continue her education and playing career.  Chaname was a first team All Pacific Coast Athletic Conference North Division player in 2015 and scored three goals while collecting five assists.  Chaname will join Lady Eagle teammate Valeria Garcia who signed with WBU a couple of weeks ago. Wayland Baptist is an NAIA Division I school located in Plainview, Texas.

Freshman Ashley Ganley from Murrieta Valley High School was honored by being named to the All Region Team for her play this past season for MSJC.  Ganley, also a mid-fielder scored 2 goals and had 4 assists, but more importantly helped the Lady Eagles defense to 13 shut outs on the season.

These two stand out players along with their teammates helped MSJC to a 16-4 overall record and a conference title in 2015.
