Lady Eagles Win Final Regular Season Soccer Match

The MSJC women's soccer team wrapped up a solid winning season on Thursday when they defeated visiting Antelope Valley 1-0 in Menifee.hilkeyavc.jpg

Kriston Hilkey got the match's loan goal in the 84th minute when she scored unassisted to give the Lady Eagles the victory.  Goal Keeper Taylor Wolf closed out at great season stopping 12 Marauder shots to earn her 7th shut out of the season.

The victory pushed MSJC's final record to 10-4-5 overall and 4-3-5 in Foothill Conference play.  The winning record for the Lady Eagles was the first at the school in women's soccer since 2007.  MSJC also produced it's best overall record since 2005.


Kriston Hilkey scored the game winning goal on Thursday for the Lady Eagles as they defeated Antelope Valley in their final regular season match.  The victory gave MSJC 10 wins on the season the most at the school since 2007.
