A Vision for the Community
Founded in 2015-16, the Eagle Events Committee brings prominent speakers and performers to our college. As many of us can recall from our own college experiences, listening to guest speakers or attending moving performances helped shape our education, introducing us to new ideas and possibilities in politics, academics, and the performing arts. Although Eagle Events primarily serves an audience of students and faculty, we are aware that Mt. San Jacinto College should also offer members of our surrounding communities opportunities to hear authors, see performers, and listen to other prominent figures who appear live, not far from where they live.
Proposing an Event
Ideas for events and performers come from committee members, faculty, and students. If you would like to propose an event, please use the attached form and send it to Michael Plotkin at firstname.lastname@example.org or Gary Vargas at email@example.com.
