ACCJC Manual for Institutional Self Evaluation (2012)
This manual contains suggestions for how an institution should organize for self evaluation as well as forms that must be submitted as part of the Institutional Self Evaluation Report. It is intended for use by institutions as they prepare for self evaluation and the Institutional Self Evaluation Report.

ACCJC Guide for Preparing Institutional Reports (2012)
This document contains requirements and formats for preparation of Midterm Follow-Up and Special Reports.

ACCJC Standards (2012)​
The Accreditation ​Standards are statements of best practice in higher education which institutions must meet or exceed when seeking initial accreditation and reaffirmation of accreditation from ACCJC.

ACCJC Standards Annotated for CQI and SLO's
This document provides the standards that relate specifically to Continuous Quality Improvement (CLI) and Student Learning Outcomes (SLO).

ACCJC Reference Manual (2013)
This handbook contains the Eligibility Requirements for initial accreditation and reaffirmation of accreditation, the ACCJC Standards, and current policies of the Commission.

Rubric for Evaluating Institutional Effectiveness (2011)
The Rubric for Evaluating Institutional Effectiveness that was developed by the Commission for use by colleges as they do self-assessment, by teams as they examine college adherence to the Accreditation Standards, and by the Commission as it evaluates institutions.

ACCJC Distance Learning Manual (2008)
This manual contains information that will assist member institutions as they plan and evaluate distance learning programs. It also provides team members with information that aids in the evaluation of these programs. The Commission Policy on Distance Learning is included.

ACCJC Eligibility, Candidacy, and Initial Accreditation Manual (2009)
This manual includes the steps for establishing eligibility, candidacy, and initial accreditation by ACCJC as well as the Eligibility Requirements and Accreditation Standards.

ACCJC Eligibility Requirements (2012)
The Eligibility Requirements must be met completely in order for institutions to apply for eligibility for accreditation. Compliance with the criteria is expected to be continuous, and institutions that have achieved accreditation must demonstrate that they continue to meet the eligibility requirements in their self study reports.

ACCJC Guide to Evaluating In​stitutions (2012)
This guide contains questions that might be asked about institutional quality as each accreditation standard is considered. It also provides suggestions for what might constitute evidence that an institution meets the standard. It is intended for use by institutions as they write their self-study report and by teams when evaluating institutions.

ACCJC Guide to Evaluating Distance Education (DE) and Correspondence Education (CE) (2012)
This Guide is a tool in the ACCJC’s series of resources to be used by institutions preparing their Institutional Self Evaluation Report of Educational Quality and Institutional Effectiveness (formerly Self Study Report) and other reports and by teams conducting comprehensive visits and other visits.

ACCJC Substantive Change Manual (2012)
This manual includes information on changes considered substantive, the process used for obtaining ACCJC approval of substantive changes, the required format and content of a substantive change proposal, and the Substantive Change Policy.

ACCJC Team Evaluator Manual (2012)
This manual is for use by individuals serving on teams. It outlines the responsibilities and activities of team service and contains forms used in reporting.

ACCJC Guide to Accreditation for Governing Boards (2013)
This Guide explains the Accreditation Standards that describe the duties and responsibilities of governing board members for meeting Accreditation Standards and for leading a results-oriented college.  The Guide includes electronic links to resource documents available for download.  It is recommended for all CEOs and governing board members.​​
