Are you enrolled in an online class for the first time? Come to an Online Learner Orienation

Note: See the updated orientation schedule below.

Online classes use Internet features such as: online lectures, discussion boards, chat rooms, email correspondence, self–directed training materials, computer–based assessments, and file uploads/downloads. The requirements for each online class vary. Please note that some online classes employ testing procedures which require proctoring of tests at MSJC or other authorized facilities.  Any student who is enrolled at MSJC and has access to a computer with Internet access may take an online class.

Online Learner Orientations are available in mid January 2008 for students who are enrolled in online class(es) and who want to be better prepared for learning in the online environment.
