Strategic Plan
The MSJC Board of Trustees has received the final draft of the Strategic Plan to review before it will be asked to adopt the plan in September. The Strategic Plan is a three-year plan designed to: Align the activities of the college with the Institutional Priorities; Improve communication internally and externally to the entire college community; Expand community awareness and understanding of MSJC activities; Become more data informed in the decision making processes; Strengthen commitment to the college's integrated planning efforts

Program Review
The Program Review manual is on the web site and ready to use as a resource. In order to improve our programs and services, we are on a three-year cycle to collect data, analyze it and use the information to plan and appropriately allocate our resources.
