New bus shelter on San Jacinto Campus

Officials gathered on Thursday, May 05, 2011 at the new bus shelter on Mt. San Jacinto College’s San Jacinto Campus for a dedication ceremony.

He was joined by other members of the SGA; Dr. Bill Vincent, Vice President of Student Services; Jim Kneepkens, Riverside Transit Agency spokesman; and a host of other officials and students.
Bus shelters with benches were installed at the roundabout on the San Jacinto Campus on Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010. The MSJC Student Government Association contributed $4,000 toward the $20,858- project after hearing a presentation from Prado.
The SGA, formerly called the Associated Student Body, also contributed $3,000 toward bus shelters on the Menifee Valley Campus three years ago.
