Two classes added for summer at MSJC's Pass Campus
May 23, 2016
Mt. San Jacinto College has just added two classes to its summer schedule at the San Gorgonio Pass Campus. These classes, along with evening classes at the San Jacinto Campus, provide students with additional convenient offerings to help them reach their educational goals.
The two new classes at the San Gorgonio Pass Campus are:
Math 096 (Section # 0508) will be held from 1p.m. – 4:20 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays. Math 096 is the minimum level required to earn an associate degree and will help students reach higher levels required to transfer to four-year universities.
Art 100 (section #0509) will be held from 9 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. As a hybrid class, Art 100 satisfies a key general education requirement in an online and face-to-face setting.
The two convenient six-week classes will run June 20 through July 26. These classes were offered after collaboration with Beaumont and Banning unified school district officials.
The math and art classes are open to students throughout MSJC’s 1,700-square-mile district, which runs from the San Gorgonio Pass to Temecula. MSJC is offering summer classes at all five locations, including the Menifee Valley Campus and in Temecula.
