How do I request Transcripts?

A transcript is a duly certified record of all work completed at Mt. San Jacinto College.

Need Official MSJC Transcripts?

You may order your MSJC OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS online at  Login and click on the Student EagleAdvisor tab.  Look for the 'Request Official Transcripts' link under the Payments and Purchases menu.

If you do not remember your log-in, or you are not able to order online, you may still order transcripts manually by submitting the Transcript Request Form via fax, mail, or in person.  It is not recommended that the request is emailed to Enrollment Services, as it could cause delays in processing.

  • Transcript Request Form Upon a student's written request, Mt. San Jacinto College will provide official transcripts to the student, designated institutuion, or third party. Transcripts can be picked up at any campus location or mailed (standard postal mail only) to the address provided on the request form.

Rush Fee (optional):  $5.00
