The Mt. San Jacinto College Program in Theater Arts offers an AA Degree in Theater Arts for transfer, AS in Technical Theater, and Certificates in Technical Theater and Musical Theater. Courses span the historical background of the art form to all technical elements, acting in front of a camera and performance in live play and musical. The program provides a path to matriculation to a four year college or entering the entertainment industry work force. It also offers non majors the opportunity to gain the type of confidence, self-possession and aesthetic awareness that can benefit any career path.
