Welcome New Student Services Team Members

MSJC Colleagues,
I am excited to introduce three new staff members who have joined Student Services:
Cuauhtli Ramos, Interim Director of Native American Student Support & Success Program (NASSSP)
As a citizen of the Tejon Indian Tribe, Cuauhtli is deeply committed to supporting Native American students in their academic, social, and cultural journeys. NASSSP provides services such as academic planning, Native Scholar Circles for peer mentorship, outreach, cultural events, and financial assistance. The program serves current students while maintaining strong community ties with local tribal schools and organizations. Cuauhtli is passionate about promoting education, empowering our students to achieve their goals and become leaders in their communities.
Myeshia Bobo, Interim Director of Student Mental Health Services
Myeshia holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. In her previous roles, she served as a Clinical Supervisor at Moreno Valley College and the Suicide Prevention Coordinator for Riverside University Health System – Behavioral Health. With nearly 10 years of experience in the mental health field, she is dedicated to promoting the emotional well-being and academic success of students. Myeshia has a great deal of experience in developing mental health and suicide prevention programs. She is passionate about reducing stigma surrounding mental health and empowering students to seek help.
Meredith Goebel, Enrollment Services Supervisor
With nearly 18 years of dedicated service in Enrollment Services at MSJC, including 10 years advancing the District's K-12 initiatives, Meredith has progressed from Clerk to Specialist to Lead, exemplifying her commitment to student success and operational excellence. She is passionate about fostering educational access, streamlining enrollment processes, and building strong connections with students, staff, and institutional partners.
These individuals bring valuable expertise and enthusiasm to their respective areas, and we are confident their contributions will enhance our collective efforts to serve our students and community. Please join me in welcoming them to MSJC/their new role!
