2024-2025 Year-End Message from the Superintendent/President

Dear Eagles,

Congratulations! You’re near the finish line. Soon, the 2024-2025 academic year will end, and you will be that much closer towards your goals.

I am so impressed by your determination, authenticity, and tenacity. Thank you for being a part of the MSJC family. Thank you for showing up and showing us what it means to not only be an intentional scholar, but also an advocate, mentor, collaborator, and what it looks like to be resilient through life’s challenges. You’ve gone above and beyond. The faculty, staff, and administrators at MSJC see you and are so proud of you.

We are excited to celebrate the accomplishments of more than 1,200 graduates at this year’s Commencement ceremonies, taking place on May 22, 2025, at the Pechanga Resort Casino. And although you may not be walking during this year’s commencement ceremonies, congratulations to those students who achieved the more than 3,000 certificates or degrees awarded this academic year. This is a major milestone, and we couldn’t be more honored to share this moment with you.

For those returning to MSJC this summer or in the fall, we’re excited to continue walking alongside you on your educational journey. Thank you for trusting us to be a part of your growth and success.

To all our Eagles: as the academic year comes to a close, we encourage you to take time to rest, reflect, and recharge. You’ve earned it—and we look forward to all that lies ahead for you.
