Welcome to the 2025-2026 Academic Year at MSJC!

8/11/2025

Dear MSJC Eagles,

Welcome to the 2025-2026 academic year, where you’re sure to experience new opportunities, growth, and so much success. Whether you're returning to continue your educational journey or stepping onto our campus for the very first time, welcome home. As always, we're here and excited to support you every step of the way.

We begin this new academic year with tremendous pride in all that we've accomplished together. Our latest student success data highlights historic achievements at MSJC. We’ve achieved our highest student success rate ever, while also lowering the withdrawal rate to a record low. And so many of our students are now completing their degrees in three years or less, reaching their goals faster than ever.

I hope these achievements offer some reassurance and motivation for you to set goals to reach new heights, however that might look for you. Our dedicated staff and faculty are ready for you and not only want to see you cross the finish line but also help you get there. Whether you're learning face-to-face, online, or in hybrid formats, we’ve created an environment to help you thrive across all modalities.

Here at MSJC, you'll find a variety of flexible learning options, along with a vibrant student life experience. Get involved with our Student Government Association, join a club, attend athletic and performing arts events, and take advantage of our many support services—including tutoring, mental health resources, food pantries, and Eagles Landing Centers.

Be sure to check your MSJC email regularly for Eagles Weekly updates, which are filled with helpful information, deadlines, and campus events.

This semester, dive into your studies, connect with your peers, and embrace every opportunity that comes your way. We believe in you and can't wait to see all that you will achieve.

Here's to a bright, bold, and successful new academic year. Let's make it our best year yet.

Welcome back, Eagles!
