MSJC, as an active partner in the continued educational development of our undocumented students and families, has partnered with the TODEC Legal Center in providing free legal, supportive services to undocumented students, faculty, and staff of Mt. San Jacinto Community College District.

TODEC’s mission is to empower disenfranchised immigrant communities to become economically, socially, educationally, and civically self-sufficient while enhancing individual self-esteem and community health. The overall purpose of TODEC is to ensure equitable access to information, immigration legal services, community education, advocacy, and civic engagement for limited and non-English speaking people, including immigrants and migrant workers throughout Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Imperial counties.

TODEC is currently providing assistance with DACA renewals and Immigration Screenings and Consultations. Free DACA Application & USCIS $495 Fee Assistance (USCIS fee assistance available for low-income applicants)

Higher Education Legal Services
