FAQ | How do I pay for classes?

Payment for registration and/or supplemental fees is due the same day of registration.

Please be aware payment is due the same day; otherwise you will be dropped for non-payment from the course(s). 

Payments should be made no later than 11:45 PM on the due date to allow enough time to process prior to midnight.

Steps for paying for class(es) through Self-Service:

  1. Go to Self-Service Finance.  Review your fee information and totals.
  2. Select Payment Method (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) and click Proceed to Payment.
  3. You will be routed to Paypal. Enter card number, Expiration Date MM/YY, CSC (last three digits on back of card next to signature area)
  4. Click the pay now button to proceed.
  5. Confirmation page will appear. Please save for your records. You may also access a copy through the Account Activity page on Self-Service Finance.
  6. Close the confirmation page when finished.
  7. To confirm your registration and payment, you may view your Registration Statement via EagleAdivor.
  8. Be sure to log off and close all internet browser users once you are finished.

Note: Please verify with your registration statement for the start dates of your classes, refund dates, dropping a class without a "W" and dropping with a "W". These dates on the registration statement are course specific. It is very important for each student to be aware of these dates.
